| Description | Performing water and mold remediation to town hall due to damages caused by Hurricane Florence. This work will include the following: 1. Remove all sheetrock from both exterior and interior walls throughout the building. 2. Remove all carpets and other floor coverings throughout the building. 3. Remove partial subflooring that sustained water damage. 4. Remove all batt insulation in walls and above ceilings to include both interior and exterior walls. 5. Remove all lay-in and gypsum board ceilings including grids. 6. Remove all hard and flexible ductwork including return and supply grills. 7. Light fixtures are to remain but shall be cleaned of any mold. 8. Remediation and disposal to industry standards of any discovered mold in the building. 9. Photographs will be required through the whole process for documentation purposes. 10. If more extensive damages are found, contractor will need to contact project manager.
