Description

The project scope includes providing all labor, materials, equipment, surveying, permitting and any other items necessary to complete construction of a utility laboratory located at the northeast corner of Inman Rd and Arc Dr. in St. Augustine, Florida. The scope also includes earthwork, grading, paving, drainage/storm water collection system, drinking water lines, sanitary sewer lines, installing a private sanitary lift station, construction of an approximately 6,796 sq. ft. Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) and associated plumbing, electrical work, landscaping, and irrigation. A three hundred fifty (350) kw generator will be purchased by St. Johns County and installed by the contractor.
