Typical services may include for projects relating to, but not limited to installation, alteration, troubleshooting, unclogging, and repair of line(s)/system(s)/fixture(s), components, equipment parts, and/or appurtenances in any and/or all County commercial property/facilities. Services will include all time, labor, and material to complete each maintenance project. This contract will not apply to new or add-on building construction. Taos County is looking for vendors to provide these services on an “as-needed basis”. |
