Description

Perform as per Attachment J.1 SEG VOR Access Road SOW BETWEEN $0 - $50,000 A site visit is scheduled for 28 September 2022 at 0900 EST at SEG VOR- 145 Air Tower Road, Penn Township, Selinsgrove, PA 17870 (40 47'27.0"N 76 53'02.5"W 40.790830, -76.884030) as per 3.2.2.3-63 SITE VISIT (CONSTRUCTION)(JUL 2004) Provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, and supervision required to refurbish the existing gravel access road for the Selingsgrove VOR (SEG VOR). Includes grading as required to establish proper slope and uniformity of the existing road, installation of 4 inch min Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement, installation of Reip Rap, cleaning of the existing culvert, and filling and grading as necessary for both the transition to the VOR plot or any areas affected by washout Electronic & IT: 033 Incorporation of Representations and Certifications Certain representations and certifications must be made by the offeror and must be filled in as appropriate. The signature of the offeror on the face page of this SIR/RFO constitutes the making of certain representations and certifications. Award of any contract to the offeror shall be considered to have incorporated the applicable representations and certifications by reference. All questions regarding the project/specifications/plans must be received in writing (Samantha.A.Pearce@faa.gov) no later than 3:00 p.m. CDT, 1 week prior to the close date to allow for responses to be provided prior to due date for receipt of proposals. Mark all emails with Solicitation No. 6973GH-22-R-00232. L.2 Submission of Supporting Cost or Pricing It is anticipated that price analysis will be based on adequate price competition; therefore, vendors are not required to submit cost or pricing data with its proposal. However, if after receipt of offers it is determined that adequate price competition does not exist, uncertified, yet detailed, cost or pricing data may be required. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
