February Oak Park Unit Turns

Work is to complete unit turns for six (6) public housing units. The units have varying scopes of work in addition to the general scope of a typical unit turn. The individual scopes of work are listed as individual attachments. The general scope of work for unit turns is as follows: • Prepare walls for painting to include patching/repairing holes. • Painting walls and ceiling throughout. • Paint underneath kitchen cabinets at GHA discretion. • Floors are to be stripped of existing wax, cleaned and rewaxed where applicable (VCT Tile); vinyl plank flooring should be cleaned with appropriate cleaning solution and dried. • Clean and lubricate window tracts. • Remove and clean security screens / re-install, clean exterior and interior windows and windowsills / Security screens will be re-installed at the end of each workday. • Install window blinds and curtain rods. • Clean stove and refrigerator. • Clean both Kitchen and Bath cabinets to include the top of the kitchen cabinets. • Clean entire unit when complete. • Remove all debris from front and back yard. • Remove all spider webs and wasp nests from underneath soffit.
