| Description | The State is issuing this solicitation for the purpose of establishing a Contract with a qualified Contractor to provide Preventive Maintenance services at a firm fixed price, Emergency Maintenance and on-call Minor Repair service for makes and models of HVAC equipment as now owned or later acquired by DGS. This solicitation and resulting Contract shall not require or permit the Contractor to replace entire systems or major (high value) components on a furnish and install basis. HVAC equipment in the following DGS managed facilities listed in Appendix 2, including water treatment, shall be covered under this Contract: A. Annapolis Region 1. Annapolis Data Center 2.
