The receipt of solicitations through any other means may result in your receipt of incomplete specifications and/or addendums which could ultimately render your bid/proposal non-compliant. The City of Arlington accepts no responsibility for the receipt and/or notification of solicitations through any other means. The intent of this solicitation is to establish an annual requirements contract for concrete materials. The City reserves the right to request samples of products being bid prior to award of the bid. The City reserves the right to award in whole to a sole bidder, split the award between multiple Bidders, or may choose not to award some or all items, depending on the best interest of the City.
