| Description | This project will require all gutters and downs removed, cleaned, and saved. Tear off old shingles and inspect for any damage or rotted wood, replace as needed. Install new ice and snow guard and a water barrier to code. Install 25yr architectural shingles, new roof flashing, boots, and chimney flashings. Reinstall the existing cleaned out gutters and downs with proper hangers. Install new gutters and downs on the front porch shedding water away from the foundation. The north west side needs a 4” ADS solid tile attached to down spout and ran to back yard away from houses foundation and not to push run off on the neighboring property. Permit required. |
