Willow Unit Flooring Replacement at MSH St. Peter

The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to establish a Contract for the St. Peter Regional Treatment Center for the installation of a Methyl Methacrylate (MMA) self-leveling flooring system in the facility's secure patient unit, Willow. Approximate square footage of 1,715. The Responders will be required to furnish all labor, tools, equipment, materials, transportation, supplies, necessary or incidental, for the removal of flooring, surface preparation, and installation of new flooring. Responders must register by March 8, 2023, at 12:01 P.M. with Troy Williams at troy.m.williams@state.mn.us. Any parking fees at the location are the Responder's responsibility. Responders that do not register for the pre-proposal meeting will not be admitted into the facility. Background checks are required prior to attending the pre-proposal meeting and accessing the work site. If a Responder discovers any significant ambiguity, error, conflict, discrepancy, omission, or other deficiency in the solicitation, they must immediately notify the Buyer in writing of such error and request modification or clarification of the document. Responders are not to contact anyone within any other State Agency regarding this solicitation. The State is not obligated to answer questions submitted after the questions/clarifications due date and time.
