Description | - Location 1 Contractor shall demolish the current non-compliant door and doorway that grants access to the women’s restroom located on the Kennedy Hallway. Contractor shall widened doorway to accommodate ADA specifications. Contractor shall installation a new lentil to enable the wider opening. Contractor shall install new Hollow Metal Frame and Right Hand In-Swing Door with all required ADA compliant hardware. Finally, contractor shall install a head mounted Powered Door Opener along with Interior and Exterior Push Plate Stations for ADA compliant control of the doors. - Location 2 Contractor shall demolish the existing Hollow Metal Doors. Contractor shall re-use Hollow Metal Frame to install a new pair of custom Offset Hollow Metal Doors that meet ADA requirements. Contractor shall install new doors using all new ADA compliant hardware, and shall also install a surface mounted Powered Door Opener w/ delayed door close ability. Contractor shall install Interior and Exterior Push Plate Stations for ADA compliant control of the doors. Contractor shall integrate Push Plate Stations with the Card Reader System installed to secure MARMC Spaces. - Location 3 Contractor shall demolish existing overhead Door Closure Arms and existing Weather Stripping. Contractor shall re-install existing Hollow Metal Doors and Frame with a new “Dual” Motorized Door Operator with Exit Delay Opening Module. Contractor shall install Interior and Exterior Push Plate Stations for ADA compliant control of the doors. Contractor shall integrate Push Plate Stations with the Card Reader System installed to secure MARMC Spaces. Also, contractor shall install all ADA compliant hardware along with new Brush Weather Stripping between doors as well as Brush Door Sweeps. - Location 4 Contractor shall remove the existing surface mounted Door Closer Arm. Contractor shall re-use existing Wood Door, Hollow Metal Frame, Hinges, Exit Device, and Strike. Contractor shall install a new Motorized Door Operator with Exit Delay capability. Contractor shall install Interior and Exterior Push Plate Stations for ADA compliant control of the single door. Contractor shall integrate Push Plate Stations with the Card Reader System installed to secure MARMC Spaces. |
