Replacement of natatorium HVAC equipment. Scope of work includes but is not limited to: Demolition of (9) existing units, installation of (2) new units (provided by others), modification/addition of ductwork, upgrade of existing electrical service, and structural reinforcements. Bid packages shall be provided for Mechanical, Electrical, and Structural. Controls scope of work shall be under Mechanical.
