Description

The proposed improvements consist of reconstructing approximately 376 lineal feet of thirty-one foot (31’) wide existing concrete pavement with new six-inch (6”) Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) pavement on a drainable subbase with sub-drains on Gretchen Court. Also included with this project is the removal and replacement of driveway approaches, partial construction of sidewalks, manhole adjustments, sodding, erosion control, and other work related to reconstructing this street.
