Description

1. Pipe Burst 680’ of 8” Ductile Iron Pipe from valve to valve and up size to 12” HDPE SDR 17 IPS Poly pipe. 2. Install one 6” tap or 12”X 6” TEE with 6” valve and tie back to existing fire hydrant. 3. Install one 3” tap with valve and tie back to existing irrigation. 4. Per-chlorinated 12” HDPE pipe, flush and test pipe before return 12” water line back in services. 5. Supply own excavating & fusing equipment. 6. Supply all HDPE fitting. 7. Supply own trench safety equipment 8. Surface Restoration 9. Call for own 811 locates 10. Barricade and Fence work area 11. Install silt fencing were needed 12. Fence around dip line of any trees in work area UES Plumbing Distribution - Will supply 680’ of 12” SDR17 HDPE poly pipe.
