Description Waste water services for HVAC equipment located in specified County facilities. Vendor to provide corrosion and biological controls in all boilers, chillers, cooling towers and open and closed loop systems. 1. Weekly tests are to be performed by County HVAC staff. Vendor is to supply and maintain stock with reagents for all test equipment. Testing equipment shall be stocked at all eight (8) sampling locations listed below. 2. Monthly tests are to be performed by vendor and assisted by County HVAC staff including visual inspection of all cooling towers and review of weekly test logs kept by County HVAC staff. Vendor is to discuss all chemical water treatment tests, reports and cooling tower inspections with County HVAC Supervisor and supply test documentation. 3. Corrosion coupon type test to include required frequency. 4. Notification of test results with HB+VAC Supervisor with test documentation. 5. Access to laboratory testing and quality control equipment. List all equipment. 6. Water treatment chemicals are to be used in all identified systems. Specify corrosion control chemical and biological control chemicals to be used. 7. Training for County HVAC staff.
