| Description | Partial roof replacement at Northridge High School C-HALL. The Work includes, but in not necessarily limited to, the following: a. Partial demolition of the existing built-up roofing. b. Installation of new roofing system, roof insulation, and sheet metal flashing. c. Raising of existing roof top mounted mechanical and plumbing equipment to accommodate new roof insulation requirements. This work will also involve the extension of mechanical ductwork and piping to accommodate the additional height. d. Removal of existing skylights and installation of new skylight units on raised curbs. e. Removal and reinstallation of existing parapet access ladders. f. Curbs and flashing for existing equipment, vents, etc |
