Description | The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, supplies, and materials required to provide grounds maintenance services for the Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS) South Tryon Bus Facility Grounds Maintenance project. Services consists of but may not be limited to grounds maintenance, turf maintenance, shrub maintenance, groundcover maintenance, perennial maintenance, trash and debris removal, storm debris pickup, irrigation maintenance/ repair/operation, snow and ice removal, tree maintenance, and mulching, pesticide and herbicide application.
