Description

The scope of work consist of the following: Demolition of Bldg 10056, to include vending area, foundation, and utility lines. Design and construction of a new bathhouse with latrine, showers, and laundromat areas in the footprint of the former Bldg 10056. The total square footage is 2,000 square feet. Design and construct a family bathroom area within the new facility separate from the mens and womens facilities. Design and construct a mechanical room (exterior). Design and construct a janitors closet. Furnish a temporary shower trailer. Remove the existing roof and construct new R panel roofing on Bldg. 10019. Remove the existing wood porch deck and retaining wall at Bldg. 10022, and construct a new wood porch deck and concrete retaining wall.
