RFP Construction Manager - Construction Management Services for Saffell Street ES and AC Middle School HVAC Upgrades

The Anderson County Board of Education is soliciting construction management services for Anderson County Saffell Street Elem and Middle School HVAC project. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive all informalities and/or technicalities where the best interest of the Owner can be served. Bid opening will be public, and contracts will be with the Owner. The Project Schedule will be issued via addendum. The contract will include liquidated damages assessed at $1,000.00/day if the completion date is not met. Questions should be directed to the Construction Manager and the Architect.
