Description

HUB Goal: 26% Contractor(s) to establish blanket contracts to provide land and marine services to transport and place oyster cultch material (oyster shells, clam shells, limestone, river rock, crushed concrete, or other similar cultch material approved by TPWD) within marked boundaries in multiple bay systems along the Texas coast. The first project will occur in Matagorda Bay, and additional projects in other bay systems will be awarded on an ‘as needed’ basis, as projects are identified and funds are confirmed, per the solicitation Method.
