| Description | The project consists of the following major elements of construction including but not limited: Replacement of the existing roofing system at the Avondale Head Start building education wing, building, 2302 Ocoee St., Chattanooga, TN 37406. The existing flat roof on the education wing is approximately 9,900 square feet in area. The new roofing system for the flat roof shall consist of a new White 0.060” TPO roofing system adhered over the existing substrate, including insulation and coverboard to meet 2012 IBC and IECC, plus additional work as specified. |
