Description

Install an insulation and vapor barrier system and to repair and or renovate areas of the first and mezzanine floors to improve insulation and reduce infiltration at the Anthony J. Celebrezze Federal Building located at 1240 East Ninth Street, in Cleveland, Ohio. Installation will include the removal of the granite panels from the outside of the building to allow a comprehensive insulation and vapor barrier system, repair and or renovation of the ventilation air intakes, renovation of the colonnade ceiling, renovation of the storefront, and renovation of the corner treatments of the building.
