Description

1) Removal, hauling, and transfer of sanitary sludge with solids content of less than eight (8%) percent to a disposal site provided by the Authority. 2) Removal, hauling, transfer, and disposal of sanitary sludge with solids content of less than eight (8%) percent to a disposal site provided by the Contractor as a contingency arrangement pursuant to the requirements of the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection. The Authority shall have the right to determine which method of sludge disposal will be used and the change the method during the contract period based on the operation of the disposal site provided by the Authority. Payment will be made under the applicable unit price bid. The work under this contract shall be bid on a one (1) year contract, within the period January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020, as well as a two (2) year contract, within the period January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2021
