Description The minimum design components of this project are as follows: - Climbers - minimum 4 - Slides - minimum 2 - Roofs - minimum 1 - Activity Panels - minimum 8 - Bridges - minimum 1 - Tunnels - minimum 1 - Overheads - minimum 1 - Decks and Ramps - as needed to connect minimum components - Transfer stations - Borders - to enclose area with minimum one accessible ramp - Independent Events - minimum 2, no spring riders - Surfacing - wood fiber - Signage Preconstruction Services: The contractor will work cooperatively with the Division of Parks and Recreation, and will provide, among other services, scheduling, estimating, schematic design, design development, final budgeting, construction detail preparation and preconstruction planning during the preconstruction stage. Construction Services: The contractor shall be responsible for all necessary site preparation and installation. The contractor shall install the playground pursuant to the approved construction detail and in accordance with the schedule. The contractor shall be fully responsible for the means and methods of construction, progress updates, inspections, project safety, project completion within the schedule agreed upon in the preconstruction phase and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
