UIHC - Pomerantz Family Pavilion - Expand Cancer Center Centralized Intake

Project consists of, but not limited to the renovation of existing waiting, reception and office space in Pomerantz Family Pavilion on Level 1 to become the new Centralized Intake space serving the Cancer Center. Approximately 2900 square feet will be renovated. New construction includes new gypsum partitions, lighting, flooring, MEPT systems (including low voltage), finishes (resilient flooring, paint, ceilings). Minor exterior work will also occur at the existing curtainwall. Additionally, on Level 2, the glazing around the open, two-story spaces will be removed and enclosed with gypsum board partitions. Additionally, a pneumatic tube express line will be installed from the project location to the sub basement area of John W. Colloton Pavilion. Related work consists of removing existing Pneumatic Tube line, installing a new tube line and related equipment within the project area and along a path designated by the Pneumatic Tube Vendor.
