Hampton Court Sidewalk Additions

The successful bidder is responsible for obtaining a signed E-verify affidavit from their Subcontractors and Sub- subcontractors. Work to be Done: The work to be done shall consist of furnishing all labor, equipment and materials necessary to add sidewalks and lighting for the City of Perry as shown on the plans. All bid bonds must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the bid amount. The successful bidder, if awarded the Contract, will be required to furnish a Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount and a Payment Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount. This project will adhere to Georgia local Government Public Works construction law Ch. 91 Title 36. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to re-advertise.
