| Description | Contractor shall remove and dispose of existing 10 ton air handler, hot water coil and condenser. The contractor shall install a new 10 ton heat pump condenser, thermostat and matching air handler with a 20 KW heat strips. The voltage and phase shall match existing equipment. The contractor shall provide and install new service disconnects, conduit, and power wiring to the condenser and air handler. The contractor shall upgrade the conduit and conductors to the air handler as needed for the 20 KW Heat Strips. The contractor shall cap off the existing non used steam piping to the old air handler. The contractor shall install new copper line set from the air handler to the condenser. All work will be done to local codes. The contractor will responsible for all permits and fees. |
