| Description | To furnish all materials and labor for the Gym Roof Replacement Project at Oak Ridge elementary School. Removal of the existing spray foam and built-up roofing system(s) down to the tectum decking. Roof size is approximately 9,000 sq. ft. The roofing system insulation shall be an isocyanate insulation with a ½” primed- gypsum overlayment board, sloped to drain from the center to new perimeter gutters. The replacement membrane assembly consists of the application of a fully-adhered PVC-KEE single-ply membrane. Work includes installation of a new perimeter edge metal and prefinished gutters |
