Description

To establish Contract(s) for generator inspection and maintenance services at Corpus Christi State Supported Living Center. 1) Perform Generator Quarterly and Annual PM Life Safety Inspections. 2) Perform full maintenance to include but not limited to oil and fluid changes, fuel filter changes and battery testing. 3) Contractor shall be on a 24 hour “on call” basis with a 1-hour response time for any emergency repairs.
