| Description | This road program includes improvements to Blossom Road (Charlestown Road (CR 635) to the intersection with Blossom Road) and Church Street (Main Street to East Grand Street). The improvements will include removing and replacing select curb, new concrete driveway aprons depressed curb within sidewalk areas on the west side of Church Street, upgraded accessible ramps on Blossom Road, roadway pavement repairs, the milling of both roadway surfaces and the installation of 2" of HMA surface course, as well as, site restoration. The project also includes an Alternate Bid for curb installation on Dutch Hill Road. |
