| Description | This is a Firm Fixed Price Request for Quote (RFQ) provide two (2) 30 yard dumpsters with disposal services for the collection of construction debris and waste at the Cape Cod National Seashore in the towns of Wellfleet, and Provincetown, Massachusetts. This solicitation is for a base year plus four (4) Option Years. The two (2) dumpsters will be placed at two different locations and pick-ups required in each option year are four (4) at each location for a total of eight (8) pick-ups per year.The awarded contractor shall be responsible for providing all supervision, labor, materials, equipment required to complete this work in accordance with the Statement of Work (Attachment 0001) and the applicable Service Contract Acts (Attachments 0002 and 0003). |
