| Description | Sealed proposals will be received by Henry Clay Township Supervisors, Second Class Township, Fayette County, PA., township building 156 Martin Road, Markleysburg, PA 15459. Bids will be received for the following: 1. 1,000 Gal. Regular Unleaded Gasoline 2. 5,000 Gal. Diesel Fuel 3. 3,000 Gal. Fuel oil for heating 4. 4,000 Tons Various size crushed aggregate 5. 2,500 Tons Anti-Skid with approved sample 6. 200 Tons Driving surface aggregate Proposals must be on the forms furnished by the Municipality. The bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, payable to Henry Clay Township. All amounts are approximate. Stone orders must be delivered within 48-hours. Escalator clause applies to items 1 and 2 only. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. |
