Rebid ARPA-State House Annex Renovations

Description: Partial renovation of existing office building including demolition of existing systems, partitions and finishes and installation of new mechanical, plumbing, electrical systems, partitions, doors and finishes. Project also includes abatement of hazardous materials where found in the areas being renovated. The Project will include the Discipline(s) of: Site Construction, Concrete, Masonry, Metals, Wood and Plastics, Thermal and Moisture Protection, Doors and Windows, Finishes, Specialties, Equipment, Furnishings, Mechanical, Electrical. Plans and specifications will be available at the Department of Transportation on March 30, 2023. Bidders Should Act Promptly and Submit All Questions in Writing to Keith P. No valid bidding proposal will be issued to a prospective bidder who is not qualified. Companies, corporations or trade names, except sole proprietorships must be registered with the Secretary of 5 State (Corporate Division, Telephone No. 603/271-3244) in order to do business with the State of New Hampshire. Bidders are advised that final bid award, as approved by Governor and Executive Council, and issuance of a notification to proceed with the work, can occur up to 60 days or more after the bid opening date.
