Edgebrook Phases 1 and 2 Water Main Replacement

Construction Phase 1: 1. Installation, testing, and placing into service all proposed water main associated with the project. This may require temporary tie-ins at locations on the plans to allow for the newly installed water main and existing water infrastructure to remain active to avoid service interruptions to residential customers. 2. Completion of new water service installation to the Edgebrook Shopping Center, and also to affected homes on Highcrest Road and North Alpine Road as detailed on the plans. Construction Phase 2: 1. Installation of water service lines, including all associated interior plumbing work required to connect homes on Pinecrest Road, Edgebrook Drive, Linder Place and Rebecca Drive to the newly installed 8" water main.
