D264919, PIN 510192, FA Proj Y001-5101-923, Cattaraugus Co., HIGHWAY RECONSTRUCTION: 3 miles of US Route 219, Town of Carrollton, Seneca Nation of Indians Allegany Territory, Bid Deposit: 5% of Bid (~ $750,000.00) This project will resurface the pavement on the southbound and northbound pavement on US Route 219 from 1 mile south of the Seneca Nation of Indians (SNI) Territory to I-86 and Route 954T from I-86 to NY Route 417 in the Town of Carrollton, Cattaraugus County. Guiderail replacements and drainage system repairs will be made as necessary. General bridge repairs will be made to the US Route 219 bridge over the Allegany River (BIN 6041450). Work to include deck, joint, bearing, steel beam ends, fascia, and substructure repairs. The current status of the project is In Development. The Bid Opening is expected to be in Fall 2022. Construction is expected to begin in Winter 2022/2023. Construction is expected to be completed in Fall 2024. This project is located in the WESTERN NEW YORK region and includes the following: Counties CATTARAUGUS Every bid must be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check or bank cashier's check payable to the nys department of transportation, in the sum of the amount shown on the proposal title page. Bonds must be on form conr 391. Electronic bids must include an electronic bid bond.
