The City Council adopted a Capital Improvement Budget with $18,014,500 in projects that were to be funded with certificates of obligation. The new Police Training Academy An additional project for improvements to the Health Department building was identified after the Capital Improvement Budget was approved. A total of $2,000,000 will be added to the amount to be issued for a total of $20,014,500 in projects. Funding for this project is allotted in the city's capital improvement plan for construction Fy 2022.
