Description

The project consists of rehabilitating the access equipment in the gate tower of Middle Creek Dam. The project consists of installing a new fixed 96-foot ladder, installing two lower 18-foot ladders, demolition and removal of existing ladders and an intermediate landing, modifications to the upper and lower grillages, installing fall protection equipment, installing an electrical panel, wiring, lights, and outlets, and repairing concrete cracks.
