Description

The successful concessionaire must assist in removing existing lodging structures and place its own "tiny homes" into the designated location. The "tiny homes" must be operated utilizing existing utilities, sewer infrastructure, and hookup cables available at Lake Guntersville State Park. 1) Assist with the removal of the existing "tiny homes" cabins from the designated location at Lake Guntersville State Park. 2) Supply ten (10) turn-key, cabin-style "tiny home" campers for the use and enjoyment of park guests at designated locations utilizing the existing DCNR utilities and sewer infrastructure, as well as hookup cables.
