Jim Ward Community Center Playground Unit

The following factors are required when proposing the equipment for the playground: 1. Target age group The equipment should be rated for ages 2 to 5. 2. Playground Equipment must be commercial rated and have a minimum of 10 yrs. of verifiable performance in South Florida climate demands. 3. The equipment should be available in multiple primary color options. 4. Playground equipment should include an Open Design and not have any enclosed areas, tubes or slides. 5. Playground equipment should include an integrated shade structure. 6. The equipment must meet or exceed all regulations and guidelines for ADA accessibility, ASTM specifications and CPSC guidelines. 7. Equipment should reasonably fit and fill a 35 ft x 40 ft area. 8. All equipment and materials delivered against this bid must be new, original, manufactured units. Used equipment will not be accepted.

Division 11 -	Equipment, Play Field Equipment and Structures, Playground Equipment, Play Structures.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
Division 33 -	Utilities.
