Ardmore State Hwy 142 Utility Relocation-water Lines

Project includes the furnishing of labor, equipment and materials to relocate approximately 600' linear feet of water lines and other additional items necessary for a functional line. Pre-Bid Conference: Refer to Instructions for Bidders Each Bid must be accompanied by a BID BOND payable to the OWNER for Five Percent (5%) of the total amount of the BID. A certified check may used in lieu of a BID BOND. PERFORMANCE, MAINTENANCE AND STATUTORY PAYMENT BONDS in the amount of one-hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price, with a corporate surety approved by the OWNER, will be required for the faithful performance of the contract. The OWNER may waiver informalities or minor defects or reject any and all BIDS. Any BID may be withdrawn prior to the above scheduled time for the opening of BIDS or authorized postponement thereof. Any BID received after the time and date specified shall not be considered. No BIDDER may withdraw a BID within sixty (60) calendar days.
