Hubbard Manors East and West Ceiling Tile and LED Lighting Installation

The Work is for the installation of new ceiling tiles and LED light fixtures in the first floor lobby and hallways at Hubbard Manor East and Hubbard Manor West. Contractor will be responsible for removal and disposal of the existing ceiling tiles and light fixtures, inspection of existing ceiling tile grid, and installation of new ceiling tiles (USG 2’x2’ Alpine-1004, or approved equal), and 2’ x 2’ LED light fixtures (Lithonia Lighting BLC 2X2 4000LM 40K ADSM, or approved equal) in the first-floor lobbies and hallways.. Installation of additional grid components may be necessary for new light fixtures and is to be included in the quoted price. Abandoned wiring is to be properly terminated at the nearest junction box and excess removed. (40) New 2X2 LED fixtures are to be installed as indicated on the attached floor plans. Contractors are responsible for all labor, material, installation, permits and inspections should they be necessary. Fees for permits and inspections will not be waived. Contractors must take their own measurements and provide complete cost for installation.. Final room plans are to be prepared and submitted with the permit application by the Contractor. Cut sheets for actual materials to be installed shall be provided with bids. Contractor is responsible for removal of all existing materials being removed and cleaning of work areas daily and upon completion.
