State Hospital, Building 33 ASP Facility Bathing Fixture Upgrades

**As of January 24,2019, the State of Wyoming has rejected the Bid response(s) for the Wyoming Department of Health State Hospital Building 33 ASP Facility Bathing Fixture Upgrades, Bid 0154-D, for the State Construction Department. All bid(s) came in over budget. If you have questions they must be submitted to the Architect (PlanOne Architects). Do not post any questions on this website as all questions must be submitted to the architect. It is the contractors/proposer's responsibility to check Public Purchase for answers to questions, addenda, or bid tabulations. No telephone calls, emails, or faxes will be accepted. Only if you are going to submit an original 10% bid bond or submit a 10% cashier check, it must be received in the Purchasing Office at: State of Wyoming, Procurement Section, 2800 Central Avenue, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82002, by 2:00 p.m. December 20, 2018.A copy of the 10% cashier check will not be accepted. If you are using Surety 2000 you will need to upload with your bid response documents a copy of the Surety 2000 document. It is the Contractors responsibility (not required) to add their company to the Plan Holders and Contractors List. Bidders must sign the attendance sheet prior to the commencement of the pre-bid meeting. The state will reject bids from any bidder who has not signed the attendance sheet prior to the commencement of the pre-bid meeting. Bidders in attendance at the mandatory pre-bid meeting are required to represent the company from which they are employed.
