Highland Park Area and Blews Acres Pressure Sewer System

Install, and conduct performance testing of approximately 73 package grinder pump units and associated HDPE low pressure force mains and service laterals ranging from 1-1/4 inch to 3- inches in diameter. It is the contract intent that all low pressure force mains and road crossings for laterals be installed by way of horizontal directional drilling. Bids shall include coordinating the location of each grinder pump station with each property owner, installation of package grinder pump systems including electrical wiring between the grinder pump unit and the grinder pump control panels, locating and installation of the grinder pump control panel, installation of low pressure service laterals from the grinder pump unit to the curb box, installation of new public low pressure force main and associated cleanout structures and lateral connections, connection of low pressure force main to existing public gravity sanitary sewer infrastructure, testing each grinder system, and all site restoration.
