Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Mechanical Systems Services

The Palm Desert Housing Authority ("Authority") is requesting proposals from qualified firms ("Proposers") to provide emergency and routine preventative Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning ("HVAC") mechanical systems maintenance, repair, replacement and related services ("Services") to establish a Maintenance Services Agreement ("Agreement"). It is the intent of the Authority to enter into an Agreement (attached to this RFP in draft form as Attachment A) with one (1) firm to provide emergency (on-call) and preventative maintenance and replacement services of the HVAC units at the Authority's properties. Based on the responses received to this Request for Proposal (RFP). All respondants shall be properly licensed for the performance of the services outlined in this RFP. The best qualified Proposer will be selected and recommended to the Authority for an award of a three-year Agreement with the option to renew for two (2) additional one-year terms.
