| Description | 2023-2024 School Year Bids for Services THE DOBBS FERRY UNION FREE SCHOOL DISTRICT (DFUFSD), 505 Broadway, Dobbs Ferry, N.Y., Westchester County, (in accordance with Section 103 of Article 5-A of the General Municipal Law}, hereby invites the submission of sealed bids for the following: HVAC Services Vendors are requested to carefully review the Instructions to Bidders contained therein. The DFUFSD is not responsible for bids opened prior to the bid opening if the bid name, number and the opening date does not appear on the envelope. The bidder assumes the risk of any delay in the mail or in the handling of the mail by employees of the DFUFSD as well as improper hand delivery. The Board of Education reserves the right to waive any informalities in the bids, to reject any and all bids, and to accept any part of a bid or alternate bid that in the opinion of the Board will be in the best interest of the District. |
