Description

Contractors for the rehabilitation of Lift Station T-27 located at 2825 Judge Fran Jamieson Way, Viera, Florida 32940. 1. Fiberglass liner for a cylindrical wet well 12’8” x 26 ‘. Spray-on wet well liner will not be approved or accepted. 2. Seal wet well liner at new top slab and wet well joint. 3. Install new 12” HDPE riser piping in wet well from reducers after the base elbows to existing above ground valve assembly including fusion welded HDPE bends in wet well. 4. New DIP 6" x 12" reducer downstream of the base elbow for each pump. 5. Paint all above ground force main discharge piping and valves in accordance with Brevard County Utilities Standards, Section 09900 Painting, page 09900-2. Color shall match Pantone Color Code for Sanitary Sewer (including force main) - Pantone 3415C. 6. 316L stainless steel pipe supports in wet well. 7. New 12” thick wet well top slab and hatch cover with BCUSD approved safety grate. 8. 4" Vent pipe with screen through top slab. 9. New pumps, pump base assembly, guide rails, guide rail brackets, ¾” thick 316 L stainless steel plates for under the pumps and associated materials. Replace pump base Anchor bolts if needed. 10. One light pole and fixture installed per Brevard County Utility Service Electrical Standards, March 2021 or latest revision. 11. 60-minute twist timer switch and circuit breaker, flush mounted in control panel dead front cover to control pole lights. See Appendix C - Electrical Component List, Table 1. 12. By-pass pumping with 24-hour monitoring via auto-dialer.
