Village of Lodi Fountain Repair Project

To repair the fountain in the Lodi Central Park. The Base Bid Estimate for the fountain repair is $66,000.00. Construction must be complete by July 31, 2023. Bidders must comply with Davis-Bacon and Related Acts (Federal prevailing wage). Should a question arise at any time during the examination of Bid Documents or investigation of the site, the Bidder may seek clarification by submitting a Pre-Bid Question. All Pre-Bid Questions should be submitted in writing to the DPS via email. DPS will provide a response to all questions submitted before a deadline of 4:00 PM, February 6, 2023. Responses to Pre-Bid Questions will be provided by Addendum, a copy of which will be emailed or faxed to each person attending the Pre-Bid meeting. DPS is not obligated to respond to, or otherwise act upon, a Pre-Bid Question submitted after this deadline, but reserves the right to act upon any information received. The Board of Commissioners of Medina County (Commissioners) and the Village of Lodi (Village) reserve the right to reject any/or all Bids, and to waive any informalities or irregularities, and/or accept the Bid deemed the lowest and the best.
