Description

Approximately Lot size: 2,307 Square Yards + Alley maintained by CML Parking spaces: 61 (2 ADA) 1. Prior to beginning work, take care to remove existing concrete parking blocks. Store and protect blocks for reinstallation at the completion of pavement work. 2. 1-1/2” Mill and overlay entire parking lot, including alley, parallel parking spaces and book drop lane in accordance with CMSC Items 253 and 254. 3. Restripe the parking lot to match existing with two coats of traffic paint in accordance with CMSC Item 642. 4. Restripe (4) parallel parking spaces with thermoplastic paint to match existing. 5. Repair and reinforce concrete dumpster pad in rear lot. 6. Reinstall existing concrete parking blocks with new rebar.
