option of a 3 year contract if the district equipment is purchased. Equipment consists of 2 zero turn mowers and a 15` batwing mower. Snow and ice management shall be associated with separate contracts. Services shall include, but not limited to the following: Fertilize using district provided product, in the most visible areas. Fencing & barrier maintenance and trimming. ?General grounds trash pickup. Grass mowing- weekly, during growing season. Horticulture maintenance. Leaf removal. Mulching- turn or replace annually prior to graduation. ? Tree & bush maintenance. All work shall be performed against a District issued work order for time and material. Supplier shall not commence any work without a work order or proper District personnel approval. All work shall be performed on a ‘Per Cut` cost per area. Time & material rates will apply to mulch and replacement trees, plantings and fertilizer. All work shall be performed on a proactive, as needed and on-call basis. Project Scope Supplier shall provide an itemized pricing list. Supplier shall provide all labor, equipment and materials required to complete the work. This includes, but in not limited to, vehicles, mowers, tractors, bush hogs, blowers, trimmers, edgers, rakes, chain saws, sprayers, insecticides/ herbicides, safety equipment, etc. Supplier shall carry all applicable licenses, permits, insurance, etc. to provide the listed services. ? Supplier will be allowed to store equipment at designated location(s) in order to facilitate more effective completion times. Supplier shall provide mowing and associated trimming services to maintain the lawn areas according to the below. ? Supplier shall plant flowers and trees on a time and material basis. ? Weekly Mowing: Grass height shall be kept between three (3) inches to five (5) inches tall. In an effort to reduce concrete staining and marking, sidewalks and driveways shall not be used to turn mowing equipment. All areas with sidewalks and curbs shall be trimmed/edged to keep grass from encroaching upon the pavement areas. All sidewalks and driveways shall be blown off after each mowing/trimming. Supplier shall proactively monitor growth of lawns that are on the Weekly mowing schedule
