Work involves a partial EPDM roof recover of the existing modified bitumen portion of the roof. A total of 56,000 SF. The existing school building is experiencing roof leaks in these roof areas. The roof recover assembly will be of a new 115-mil Fleece-Back EPDM directly adhered over to the existing modified bitumen roof with a two component, extrusion or spray applied, low-rise adhesive
