The approximate extent and character of the Work is generally described as follows: Installation of approximately 1,550 linear feet of 6-inch DIP water main and related appurtenances, removal of approximately 3,570 linear feet of 8-inch clay sanitary sewer main, installation of approximately 3,570 linear feet of 8-inch DIP sanitary sewer main, replacement of five (5) sanitary sewer manholes, related concrete patching, and asphalt overlay of the streets in the project area.
